REEL CHASE is a custom built 55 foot game fishing boat launched in March 2000. She is powered by twin Detroit/MTU 6 cylinder Series 60 diesel engines that deliver 825 hp each enabling her to travel at speeds up to 32 knots.

She is fitted with two driving stations, the main one being on the flybridge and another atop the tuna tower for better visability when fishing. Both stations are equipped with the latest in electronics, including computer navigation and GPS, colour sounder, sonar, radios and underwater tow and pole cameras.

The cockpit is well laid out for fishing and has everything needed close to hand including two freezers, built-in tuna tubes, live bait and brine tanks. A large tackle cabinet is located just inside the saloon door within easy reach.

Inside, REEL CHASE is comfortably appointed for anglers with a large airconditioned saloon incorporating a full galley and bar area. Further forward are two guests' cabins, separate masters' and crew's cabins, showers and heads. A desalination unit provides plenty of fresh water and 240 volt electricity is provided by a 16 KVA generator and a backup generator.
